The Coastal South Carolina Chapter of the Red Cross is feeling the financial strain from a rash of house fires this week.  The Red Cross provides lodging, meals and clothing to people who have been burned out of their homes, like the five families displaced by a fire at the Aquarius Motel Tuesday.
